IF fastingCoffee In The morning 2 colostrum pills 12:00 Homemade protein bars Workout was Yoga Skills training day so worked different hand positions to improve to one arm pushups and wall walking (Very sore from long hours at work and I had to walk home that was about 5 miles the night before) Post workout was sweet potatoes ,fish and lentils had chia seeds before and after dinner for digestion I am laying off supplements for a week or two then I will start again. Just testing this out. |
