Squats Barx3x2 135x5 185x5 225x5 275x4 315x3x2 365x3x2 405x2x4 455x2x2 The 455s moved slower than I'd like, but I was having some posterior pelvic tilt problems and wasn't sitting back enough into my sqauts. All in all I'm happy with how it went |

Today
PM Front Squats 205x4x3 Face Pulls 30x20x3 Cardio Got coned into running laps didn't keep track at all Hang Pulls/Snatches 75x2x5 (Just technique work, first day learning. Planning on doing an oly meet sometime in the future, since it'll force me to be more mobile. Something powerlifting has never force me to do and think Ill be healthier over joint wise also) |
