I do find it slightly easier to do incline. I'm also still working on getting technique down on the flat bench. I think my front delts are lagging behind a good bit. With the incline I can activate my back with much more ease too.

Never done much benching in the past since my pecs (especially the lower half) grow very easily, so it got left out of my routine a lot when I started.

lucky! pretty much nothing grows easily for me haha. i like inclines a lot, and they helped me get past a flat bench plateau last year.

Got a new roommate yesterday. Was in indoc for pararescue, but had issues with getting drown every day (water confidence). Took to to the gym and showed him around. We went our separate ways and got some work in, even though it was crazy busy.

started with overhead presses.
1x12 with and empty bar
5x5 at 55lbs
5x5 at 65lbs
5x5 at 75lbs
5x5 at 85lbs
Went back down in weight, but put the fat grips on
2x5 at 75lbs
2x5 at 65lbs
5x5 at 55lbs
5x5 with empty bar
10x10 180lbs shrugs
5x10 dips
3x3 130lbs crunches

Today I'm taking a day off since I'm in the middle of a progress check on my chutes, and have a block test tomorrow morning. Need to get some studying in.

those flutter kicks sound brutal

no but seriously, i think 10 x 10 with any amount of weight whatsoever on squats is brutal.

I'm paying for it today. 100 squats today with no weight and my quads are aching.
