my workouts usually take 2 hr.'s. It was to much for my shoulders with all the other chest work, I agree. I am going to do my workouts once a week instead of 2. This will leave me more time for cardio which I need. It will also help with the over training. Trust me on cycle this workout was awesome. Off cycle I cannot barely keep up.

surprisingly todays workout went really good. I felt good right off the bat and went for it.
Back Pull-ups BW+20#x10x3 (never did this before) BWx10x1 full extension and stretch St. Arm machine pull downs-170x10x1,x190x9x1(oops), 178x10x1 1 arm cable rows superset with above 190x10x2,198x10x1 lat pull downs-190x5x5 biceps 1 arm concentration curls. Drop set each weight to failure X2 50, 45, 40 #r's I also did my little ab circle from the previous workouts Abs-cable rope crunches-175xFx3, reverse crunches BWxFx3. Decline Crunches BWxFx3 Cardio 21 min. on the treadmill I alternate 1/4 miles one is 18 deg. incline at 4.7 mph next is a run at no incline. speed goes from 6-7-8 during the quarter. |

Nice workout Moore. There's no way I could train biceps to failure.

thanks I actually feel good (except the shoulder thing) I felt strong and lean today. I hope I can get to 190. It's been a long time since I was there. Of course I'm stronger now than I ever have been.
I usually do biceps then back, but since my elbow is hurting I've switched them around. My back workout actually pre=exhausts my biceps a little. When I do my concentration curls I stand up and bend over with my arm hanging. I try not and swing the weight, and the reps will go from long to short and whatever. AS long as I feel the burn I keep going. As soon as I cannot do a rep I kneel down pin my elbow against my knee and do negatives with my free hand moving the weight. when I'm spent from that I drop the weight and grab the next. After doing this for 3 different weights I usually am real close to puking. I do miss going real heavy on hammers, but my elbow just will not let me right now. The best i had done on them was 80's for 3 reps. |

Not really. I tried them once. I was good for a couple of weeks and then bam I threw my back out. I have to be careful as I have a condition called secrum illiac. It's hard to explain buy it's like a very intense sciatic pain.
Today is Traps, shoulders(maybe), and legs(uugghh). Traps are my now fav. body part. If things go good maybe i can get a vid of today. I don't wanna look like a freak in the gym though. As for legs. I need to get these damn things on track. They are really pissing me off. |

the only reason I bring up deadlifts is because when I started doing them, my elbow tendinitis went away.
