Was thinkin of pushin reps at 225 today being inspired by the NFL combine n all but for some reason i still felt like i had gains to make yet in strength and wanted to save it for a deload sooooooo.....maybe just this then.
Bench 3-5 min rests 230x8 270x6 290x4 320x3....got bump on 3rd......it was heavy 330x2.....easy peasy 340x1.....damn pumped to get this clean 290x6 damn glad i went for strength it had been a while since i have put 340 to my chest and i did it nice and slow with a pause. maybe not a comp pause but didn't bounce it. Incline Hammer Strength 2ppsx8 x10 x10 BW Dips 25...25...25.....25 just enough rest to catch some wind so all 100 reps in around 2 mins focusing on exploding up.
