Squats 45x5x2 125x5 205x3 265x2 295x5x3 Bench 45x5x2 115x5 185x3 225x2 255x5x3 Deadlift 115x5x2 185x5 225x3 275x2 335x5 Pull-ups BWx5 BWx5 BWx5 BWx5 Dips BW+35x10 BW+45x10 BW+55x10 BW+65x10 Felt pretty good today. Not really as pumped up to go lift as normal, but the body was fully willing with not complaints afterwards. I'm hoping this means my self-treatment for whatever was ailing my arm was successful. I shifted some work set weights today. I'm about at the end of the first run of SS, and I'm loving it. I'll probably take a week to do some lighter weights with faster movements and very short rest periods after, then deload a little and start again. As long as I keep getting regular gains, no reason to mess with success.

Squats 45x5x2 135x5 225x3 265x2 300x5x3 Clean and press 45x5x2 95x5 115x3 125x2 135x5x3 Farmers Walk (100lb plates) 20meters 20m 20m Barbell Calf Raises 315x6 365x6 405x6 425x6 450x6 500x3 500x3 Squats are still feeling heavy. I just did 300 for 10 recently, but 300x5 was brutal. Moving forward. Farmers walk felt really productive. Got a few good squeezes on the traps during the walk, forearms felt blasted afterwards. The calf raises were sort of an experiment to see if I could. This was the first time I've ever had that much weight on my back. Gave me some real perspective on just how heavy 500lbs really is. I'm going to do this again on my next "B" workout, set the pins a notch or two lower, and go from the pins up to standing for each rep. Not sure if I can do it, but how else will I know.

Nice work SD. Farmers are brutal, pinching 100 pound plates and doing it sounds like the next level of awesome!

Squats 45x5x2 135x5 225x3 265x2 305x5x3 Bench 45x5x2 135x5 225x3 260x5x2 260x4 Had to cut my lifting short to get back to work today. My heart really wasn't in it today. My squats felt a lot better today, I could have pumped out some extras on the last set, but I was in a time crunch. I could have stayed an extra 15 minutes and just skipped the shower, but as I said, I kind of felt like I was just going through the motions. Today would have been a good day to have a training partner there pushing me. I also learned today that I'm at a higher elevation that I originally thought, so for a few more days, I won't beat myself up over not feeling 100%. A little sidebar, getting dressed today, and I noticed that my quads/hams just plain look bigger than they have. Not sure if I'm getting some growth, or just imagining it. Weight is up a few pounds. Gonna have to trim some fat to stay at my current weight. Time to start thinking about losing some anyways before I go home on R&R. Not sure how well that will work with DFAC food, but I'll be giving it a shot. Might be time to actually do some cardio, yuck.

Squats 45x5x2 135x5 225x3 285x2 310x5x2 310x10 Clean and Press 45x5x2 95x5 115x3 130x2 140x5x3 Squats off the safety bars. Set 14" below standing height. Calf raise at the top of each rep. 405x3x3 I felt pretty frackin awesome today. I don't know if it was the three scoops of Juggernaut, or if I'm finally adjusting to the new elevation. I truly felt I could have pushed out 2-4 more good clean squats on that last set. My shoulder and elbow are back to being angry at me. I have no idea why I can't catch a break on that, I tried letting it heal, popping NSAIDS, and generally babying the joints. WTF. Oh well. I'm gonna probably take tomorrow off to do some other things, and be back on A/B/off schedule starting sunday. Looking forward to trying 315x10 on sunday. I'll see about some video.

I wouldn't go that far. Seems to be easily aggravated. Unfortunately, I don't see much end in sight, so I'm going to isolate the movements that make me hurt, and limit them, while continuing to train hard.
