Thanks Swede! Hope this is the start of a recharge. Twas a really good day. Planets aligned, diet was perfect, hydration ideal, and nothing to rush my lifts.

3/22/13
Squats 135x7 225x5 315x3 350x2 365x1 380x1 OHP 95x10 (Rep goal 3x20) 135x7/7/6 Leg Press (Rep Goal 4x30) 500x10/12/12 Pullups (Rep Goal 5x30) 8/5/6/6/5 Squats felt great today. Really great. Looking forward to throwing another 5 on the bar next week. OHP is still giving me worries about the click in my shoulder. It's boggling my mind. No pain, no after effects, just a click. Leg press went a lot easier than anticipated. I may have to drastically increase the weight for next time. No 5s or 10s, thinking of jumping to 575 or 600 with the same rep goal. Pullups are begining to irritate me. I "feel" stronger, but they're not getting easier. If anything, I'm able to do fewer clean pullups than when I got here in the fall.

I think 400 is there right now, but I'm going to do my best to stick with a realistic progression goal of about 5lbs a week. Today and tomorrow are off. Not sure how to handle that, so I have to figure out how I'm going to motivate myself to do some cardio today.

This three day a week thing is gonna be difficult. I was staring at the clock at the time I would normally leave work and walk to the gym. And I continued to stare at the clock the next 6 hours. Bleh.
