I'm similar in stature at 6ft and did hit 200lb after my Hatfield bulk, but sit at 195 now. So you can do it.

WORKOUTSQUAT & BENCH DAY BITCHES!
Squat- 135xwu, 185x5, 225x5, 225x5, 225x5* Bench- 135x5, 165x5, 165x5, 165x4.5 ** Row (loose form)- 115x5, 155x5, 155x5, 155x5*** DB Shrug- 60x12, 80x12, 80x14 NOTES *Squat felt good. Form has been changed a little, after reading the thread on squating 900. **Fucked up form on that last 1/2 rep. Bar came down to high on my body, besides that great form. *** Should i use a very strict form, or form with slight rock?

Glad to see you learned something from the squat article, there is a ton of good stuff in that article.
As far as form on rows go, I would try to keep it as strict as possible and squeeze it at the top, but I usually get a slight rock also when I go to heavier weights. But I would say that strict form is usually better.
