You'll be surprised at home big your arms will look at 15. You're almost there.

WORKOUTdeads
Deadlift- 135xwu, 205x5, 275x5x3** ***VIDS*** Curls- 65xwu, 85x5, 90x5x3 NOTES -I hurt my knee Sunday on a rowing machine. Then when i did squats monday it hurt worse. I'm doing no legs until saturday and if it doesnt feel better than, i'll push it back further. -I dont no why i dont lock out... Are any of my deads locked out? DEAD VID knee was killing me, stupid to have lifted.

i'm not totally sure, but does anyone else think his hips are too high at the start? it looks like you're doing more of a RDL I think you need to bend your knees more and get lower to start, but i don't wanna give wrong advice so can anyone second that?
