right arm 13in. 13.75in.

right leg 20.5in. 22.5in.

unfortunately my waist has gone up to 33in. at one time was around 30(or 29) YIKES!

-I hurt my knee Sunday on a rowing machine. Then when i did squats monday it hurt worse. I'm doing no legs until saturday and if it doesnt feel better than, i'll push it back further.
-I dont no why i dont lock out... Are any of my deads locked out?

You have a bad tendency to look around when deadlifting. Pick a point in front of you and just focus on it, try putting more emphasis putting your hips through when you lockout and it may help.

i'm not totally sure, but does anyone else think his hips are too high at the start? it looks like you're doing more of a RDL I think you need to bend your knees more and get lower to start, but i don't wanna give wrong advice so can anyone second that?
