Nice! I'm slowly getting up to the numbers of where I want to be training with. Only thing I wish I had were training partners that criticize my form all the time, which you're very lucky to have.
On a side note will be up loading a couple clips from today, I couldn't remember how many sets I had done so I Ball parked it. I'll be a breakdown of a squat for my biomechanics class and the footage should come from Thursdays session. It'll be interesting to find how more efficient I can make my squat other than qualitative observations. I'll also do a commentary for it when I get a chance |

I dislike the true blacks because they slip and chafe all the way around so I have to moisturize multiple times a week, and they don't grab as much as the THPs and the THPs hurt about the same but I can get them tighter cause they're a stretchier wrap, I would like to try the grippers but ramzy's in Vancouver for a week or so, so ill have to wait till he gets back to try them.

My wrists had been absolutely killing me as of late, with my low bar placement. Today I adopted a thumbless grip and it was amazing. Still a bit of pain, but nothing major. The pain would be gone completely if I had a higher bar.
