Bench DE
100+Avg Bands about 210 @ top 3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3 about 2 sec a set very fast! CGB 200-8,8,8,8 Bench 135-45r BOR's 185-20,20,20 L Tricep Ext 28r Body is doing much better after d-load Starting back lighter will ramp up a bit each week to pr weights the 4th week. Realize the DE bench calls for heavier straight weight less band tension but this is whats producing for me now will monitor and make changes if necessary. Going to add a high rep set for main lifts see what happens, this is a long term experiment. Major Bloat going on time to FEED. |
