Body is doing much better after d-load
Starting back lighter will ramp up a bit each week to pr weights the 4th week.
Realize the DE bench calls for heavier straight weight less band tension but this is whats producing for me now will monitor and make changes if necessary. Going to add a high rep set for main lifts see what happens, this is a long term experiment.
Major Bloat going on time to FEED.
