No board or touch this time, it was very close maybe 1/2in. If was part of a team certain they would be able to coach me to a touch with this low of weight, the shirt was designed for more. Kept pulling my elbows in just to get it there, got tired of waiting on it Hit the press button.

Hindsight wish I would of taken the time to video tape this set for your review. These were both very near ME not sure what to do cycle wise as I have one more week before deload.
Thinking maybe just hitting them again next week and taking a video or lowering the weight 5% to avoid stalling not sure which to do?

Took some vids which slowed the pace down considerably. Wasn't thrilled with the speed wk not explosive out of the hole. Something has to be wrong here, both Pulls and Bench have good speed when trained for DE.
