NO!!!

Find a good massage therapist and see if they can ID for you...passive palpation by a trained person is much better then self-diagnosis! ...or guessing!

I hear ya. That's how I deal with things that won't respond to logic or proper protocols. That damn Viking shows up and wants to forge ahead regardless.

My whole body would benefit from a deep tissue massage.
Can tell its getting better from my last squat session. I don't have a mind-numbing amount of pain to block out so I could actually concentrate on the Squat more. Also now I can tell where the pain is at rather than my hip and upper thigh aching.

Got bench fever today probably overdid it, oh well had fun.

Going to opt to just do some light weight squats later this week then go just basic lifts next week with lower percentages. Not certain what Routine after the reload, either Byrd's BIG, West Side, or a blended version of both.
