![]() I hear ya. That's how I deal with things that won't respond to logic or proper protocols. That damn Viking shows up and wants to forge ahead regardless. My whole body would benefit from a deep tissue massage. Can tell its getting better from my last squat session. I don't have a mind-numbing amount of pain to block out so I could actually concentrate on the Squat more. Also now I can tell where the pain is at rather than my hip and upper thigh aching. Thanks for the support HIT! Quote:
lol, Thanks Mike Another Hair Ball fan ![]() ![]() Lost the Harder, Faster CD keep thinking about having my brother fill up an ipod with all the great bands of that era, he has an extensive collection. |

Bench
wu's 195-5 225-11 stopped SRam 275-10 315-3 340-2 365-2 CGB 225-24 rep out w/Ram Push downs 2 sets moderate weight 16r, 20r Got bench fever today probably overdid it, oh well had fun. Going to opt to just do some light weight squats later this week then go just basic lifts next week with lower percentages. Not certain what Routine after the reload, either Byrd's BIG, West Side, or a blended version of both. |
