Hey Ravi, ya got to pulling and slowed it down so most of them were reset, touch n go would of been ridiculous amount of reps. I could definetely feel them more in my legs and hips doing them all dead from the floor as opposed to touch n go would of been mostly lower back fatigue.

Trained grip & abs yesterday and today along with...
Bench-135 w/fat gripz yeah baby!

BOR's 135 lots of reps.

Incline situps
25r(4)

Used the grip machine125lbs
10reps both hands 4s
Static Holds: 125lbs-30sec per hand(3s)

The new stuff arrived, Fat Gripz & 250 heavy gripper, Bands, new Belt. Right out of the box within an 1/8" of closing it the new HG250. I'll close it very soon, then start doing static holds with it onward to the 300, that's going to be a while.
Hip doesn't ache anymore but it still tender getting up out of a chair still doing all the stretching & mobility work.

Well going to go train the boy, OHP tonight.

Messed my index finger a couple years ago and never had it looked at, just now able to train it again. Certain at least some ligaments were torn as the finger at the mid joint was black, blue, greenish also swelled up almost twice the size as normal. Was very weak once I could move it again, just lived with it too stubborn to go in to the doctor(been there done that, xrays splint,ect...$$$).
Also when i pull off the ground at heavier weights my grip doesn't allow me to explode off the floor using dbl OH or hook grip.
Started training grip again hoping I can pull explosively DBL OH or at least hook grip.

Thanks Fen

Nice work. Good luck with that finger! Sounds awful. I like the sound of the new toys though.

Rock on.

Thanks Mike,
At least I can train my grip again so its all good. Didn't enjoy having to use straps most of the time the last couple years but that's what I had to do.
Indeed, Got one box waiting patiently on s centurion squat suit, knee wraps, and Super Ram.
Hip is still sore, why I cut the squats high and added the briefs for the last couple sets.
