Wed 2/13/13
Deads day yay! ![]() DL - 300, 360, 420, 480x5 - felt good, two people watched and said I had good form and fast so yay. Speed DL - 315x5 Mil Press - 100, 120, 140, 160x5, 95x10 (cardio lol) Face Pulls - 70, 80, 90, 100x8 45 degree rev hypers - BWx8, BWx8, BWx8 Was wore out after this. I have something up my sleeve for next Wed the last day of my program. Call it a 'celebration' if you will.
