I've been injured since Friday night so I haven't been able to workout at all so far. It's unfortunate but it's giving me time to heal up and re-evaluate life. I got an article out today, a decent little 3 day split:

I've been mostly intermittent fasting but I have come to the conclusion that I really need to learn how to cook more. Meathead Cookbook is going to be my way of learning plus sharing how to cook with other people.

Cleaning up the diet is a royal pain in the arse so take it a step at a time. And yeah, learning to cook is about the best thing you can do. I used to love me some takeaway food, especially in college but it's way too easy to gain fatty weight. Best of luck with it and don't go too fast, I did that and it caused my strength to plummet.

I would be ok losing strength to get rid of all of this fat. I need to lose 80 to 100 so I expect to lose some strength, but I'll make sure to do it the right way.
JB: I'm alright, morale is a little low and foot isn't 100% but I'm here. I keep sleeping later and later I'm not sure if that's just me trying to get better or being lazy since I haven't moved from here in over a week. ![]() Thanks for all the encouragement! |

Make sure you're eating properly, hydrating. I get depressed or lazy when I miss meals, or don't get enough vitamins and water.. hang in there!
