Week 2 Day 3,
1 Feb 2013 Squat 120kg x 5 – 5sets Bench 95kg x 6 – 6sets Deadlift 140kg x 5 – 5sets Notes Copy and paste from Wednesday , slight weight increase due on Monday. Enjoy the weekend kiddies! |
