Week 1 Day 2,
25 Jan 2013 Squat 110kg x 5 – 5sets Bench 90kg x 5 – 6sets Deadlift 135kg x 5 – 5sets Notes All good. Really drained after the deadlifts. Time to eat. Last edited by markievicz; 01-25-2013 at 08:28 AM. |

Not so great, numbers too low but looking to build up over the next 8 weeks
Thats the plan, hopefully! Thanks moe, begota did a great write up on thua program in his log,well worth a look Roger that jim. They will all look like this for nxt 8 weeks. Makes for boring reading for sure |
