13 March 2013 Squat 140kg / 310lbs x 3 – 3sets Did a 3second paused squat for the last set just to drive some confidence home on these Bench 130kg / 285lbs x 1 – 1 Paused Single Deadlift 170kg / 375lbs x 2 – 3sets Notes Last heavy bench , went ok , was pretty tired and low in energy but week off next week should see me right.
