I remember those days of 2 hrs on the reeves classic

Nice work Steve, I did the same thing with the daughters boyfriend except it was with Bhtnp.

I think I would need 2 more sets of dumbbells and another rack to get done in an hour to be honest. Too much equipment shuffling right now.

killing it btb 12 moves is alot i feel it on 8 useing puny weights,i guess your daughters boyfreind want be poping around that much anymore,lol.

Oh dear I got the image of what that must have been like from the young fella's perspective. You'll scare him away Steve, can't be doing that

That workout looks brutal! 2 sets per exercise is absolutely fine when you have that much volume going on. I'd say you'll get it below 90 minutes fairly easily once you get used to training like this once again. You have lots of experience in bodybuilding style training so that will hold you in great stead.

I'm just glad I'm not your daughters boyfriend. However, if he knows what's good for him - if ya can't beat 'em, join 'em.

Showing him your sesh on paper would also scare anybody. Wow Steve. I hope your recovery goes well and gets better with each day of training.

Great work Steve!! I always enjoyed the fullbody, but gym time was definitely longer than I wanted!
