Fullbody destruction. Stiff leg deadlifts were the surprise of the day. One set really destroyed my hammies. No way I could have done another. They were near-cramping status after 10 reps.

good going steve the weight to reps look brutal,i fine keeping to 1min rest between sets hard it is more 1min 30secs at times.

Real fine session btb. Hows the repwork on the squat? You still put up good weight fof 10 anz thats always a struggle for me when used to low reps.
