January 22nd, 2013 Fullbody destruction. Stiff leg deadlifts were the surprise of the day. One set really destroyed my hammies. No way I could have done another. They were near-cramping status after 10 reps. The combination of PNI's fat burner and pre-workout left me on stim OD. I could have physically kept going but I was feeling sick and light headed. The products are good, I just took too much, too soon. Eating and supplementation are good to go today. Rest between sets were tight, but generally longer than one minute. Squats 145 x 5 235 x 10 325 x 10 415 x 5 Bench Press 135 x 5 225 x 3 275 x 10 275 x 7 275 x 5 Leg Extensions 90 x 10 90 x 10 90 x 10 Dumbbell Flye 25's x 10 25's x 10 25's x 10 Stiff Leg Deadlifts 225 x 10 - Bam! Ow Seated OHP 135 x 10 135 x 10 135 x 7 Didn't finish. But a good start.

Subbed...Yes, Its a strong combo... I started off with 1/2 servings of Prodigy and 1 cap of ThermadeX.
Its been a month and I'm up to 1 full serving of Prodigy. ThermadeX has killed my appetite. I take 1 morning 1 mid day with a meal. Keep it going Oh Bearded One!!! |
