Hey, I actually lifted! Received my new EZ Curl bar so I did the 4th powerlift. Benches felt heavy. Stuck to rest pause training. Fast, pumped. Will vLog soon. Bench Press Bar x 45 135 x 8 225 x 3 275 x 7/4/3/4/4/5/5 Flyes 45's x 7/4/4/4/4/4/5 The 4th Powerlift 45 x 10/10/10/10/10/10/10 *Too light, but was a tester anyway.
