I went to bed last night wanting a deadlift PR. I awoke today and made it happen.
This rep was sheer will. Deadlifts - 1.5" blocks 585 x 1 - Got a little forward 635 x 1 - Heavy, but...gotta go for it. 635 + 120 pounds chains, top end 720-730ish x 1 - PR Pretty much defines what strength is, total commitment to whatever the task. Awesome! |
