Bench Press 1/135 for warm up 5 sets /225 -10 reps 2 sets /245 -10 reps 1 set /250 -10 reps 2 sets /250 plus 50lbs chain - 8 reps Total of 10 sets (warm up don't count) In addition I add some 125lbs db rows (3sets) triceps ext w/ 125 db (3) 3/125lbs shrug Tomorrow I going to be doing Legs and hope to post some short videos on Tuesday. Thanks BTB. Yes Squatter...I'm in the Army...Cardio sucks for sure. 4 during deployment (Army meets) and two in the states. SPF & RPS. This next meet is going to be my second SPF meet. I'm already hitting those goals but gym numbers don't count...

Nice! I have 2 under my belt, but have 3 upcoming this spring/summer. Indeed, once you have competed, the meet PR's trump all.

Guys, number are looking good. Haven't post too much about the routine because I going to be posting a log for Infinite Labs within the next month or so. Routine will be there with product log, video and a lot good stuff. In the mean time I still training for the meet in FEB. I will keep you post it.
