Thanks for the replies guys.

Yesterday I did some stretching and abs on the swiss ball at home.

Today:

Cycle 2, 5's week, Day 4

Deadlift

85x5
105x5
105x7

Leg Extensions
3x10

Curls
3x10

some rear delt work

Minimal training today. The second set supposed to be 95 but when I realized i put 105 instead it was too late I experimented with mixed grip and it felt much more steady and strong. Ι 'll put it into place from now on.
