I'd like to post my diet so you guys tell me what you think.

Meal 1
80g oats, 250 ml whole milk, 2tbsp honey, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 banana, 1 whole egg, 1 pill multi-vit

Meal 2
Meat with pasta/rice, 1 tbsp olive oil, orange juice and maybe some salad

Meal 3
toast with chicken or turkey +cheese and fetta cheese sauce, 1 cup whole milk

Meal 4
Meat with pasta/rice

Meal 5
500ml milk or greek yoghurt, 1 apple

Meal 6
Same as meal 4

Some days I eat pizza and other stuff like that instead of a meal . There are also days that I dont have time for meal no 3. Currenlty I weigh 90 kgs, having gained about 9 kilos the last 3-4 months. My goal is to gain another 9-10 until summer. I am also thinking of going to the gym 4 times a week instead of 3 so I might need some extra calories. Do you guys think I should make any changes?
