I don't as for all assistance sets, in which I don't push to failure nor I try to bump up the weight on them. I just do some work without chasing the kg's, opposite to the main lifts in which I track every single rep and kg.

I see...do you use a set amount of weight every session for assistance moves or pick a weight based on how you feel each day?

It's actually based on how I feel each day. I pick some light weight, then perform 10-20 reps without chasing any specific rep/kg scheme. It came out like a trial and error thing, this way lets me recover better.

That's cool. I'm always interested in someone's intuitive workouts... used to train that way, but seem to have lost the skill. Hoping to reclaim it! I'm sure your log will give me some inspiration.
