I was going for 9-10 reps, that's why. But one thing I learned from my little experience in lifting is that the human body is not a machine, you can't go high performance 24/7. Plus I am on the exam period and studying for hours costs me in training focus.

Υesterday I took a day off, I was hard-pressed to get things done for school. From now on I will write my numbers in kg: Week 1, Day 4 Deadlift 80kgx5 90kgx5 100kgx7(+2) Leg extensions 5x12 Leg Curls 4x12 Some dumbell bicep work x some reps |
