Cycle 3, 5's Week, Day 1
sets/reps/kg Bench Press 1x5x60 1x5x65 1x6x75 4x10,10,8x50 1x10x45 Incline DB flyes 2x12 Chest supported Rows 3x15x40 Upright Rows 2x20,15x20 Triceps cable extensions 2xmany Didn't do more reps than previous time on the top set but technique was much better and balanced. Moving on.

Thanks a lot guys I really appreciate the encouragement.
Cycle 3, 5's Week, Day 2 sets/reps/kg Squat 1x5x60 1x5x65 1x7x80 Front Squat 2x10x40 Romanian Deadlift 3x15,15,12x40 Calves 2x15 Abs-various Hard session, still feeling beaten up. +1 rep on the top set, had one more but a weird sound came out from my knee on the last rep and stopped there. Got is getting on the way but got to limit it.
