Cycle 2, 1's Week, Day 3
OHP 45kgx5 50kgx3 55kgx2 (expecting 3 at least) BTN press 2x10x30kg Incline DB Press 5x10-15xvarious Dips 3x8,8,6 Pull-Ups 3x10,10,8 Incline DB flyes 2x10 Not satisfied with the total energy I got, expected much more but I don't complain, shitty days are part of the total effort. The wiser would be to take a day off for today but I rewatched Blood and Guts earlier and after that there was no way I wouldn't hit the iron. Dorian is the man! Cycle 2, 1's Week, Day 4
Deadlift 95kgx5 105kgx3 120kgx3 Leg Curls 3x15x25kg Bicep curls 5x8-10x25kg Reverse pec deck 3x15x20kg Abs - various Nice closing for the second cycle. I'm now into kg fields I never done before and that's a good sign of progress. In addition I will track my assistance efforts to start keeping a progress record in those and not just do some light work without a goal. Im also skipping the deload week, f$#k that, I'm going straight to cycle no.3. |
