Bench:
135 x 8 225 x 5 275 x 5 315 x 3 fury on: 365 x 3 (no touch,about 2" from touching) 405 x 1 (had to lift my head to make it touch) Rack arms set to where I am pressing similar to a floor press: 315 x 3 405 x 3 495 x 1 585 x 1 605 x 1 ! PR on this! shirt off 315 x 2 225 x 10 close grip 135 x 10 close grip Triceps push downs with V attchmt 10 x 3 DB row: 75 x 10 115 x 10 125 x 8 135 x 6 10 dips..thats all i had...LOL
