Bench:
bar x 10 135 x 10 225 x 8 275 x 6 315 x 2 x 4sets ( max grip with 2 minute break between sets and 2 sec pause at chest) 225 x 21 (mid finger on rings) rep 20 and 21 got really heavy! standing military press: 145 x10 145 x 10 145 x 6.5...Done! only took 30 sec breaks in between the 3 dips: 20 x 3 ( 10 sec break in between) triceps feel like they are 20 inches without the biceps...LOL All went good...my second set with 315 got misgroved and I grinded half way for what it felt like 5 minutes...LOL... the last 2 where ok. Didnt use the shirt today but its starting to feel tight on me, gonna use it tuesday and check my max with it. Gonna get me a Super Katana in May if I get 450 in this old fury by then

![]() This is what I use for bench...we got 5 at the gym i go to and like 8 utility benches so i just drag one to this...for Squats and rack pulls I use a full rack they got on the other side...

Im in a military installation with 5 gyms... one is good for eye candy since is FULL of cardio stuff...the 2 I frequent the most are more heavy/crossfit oriented and luckily for me one is 200 meters from the office and the other 2 miles from my house
