Quick bench day: 135 x 10 225 x 5 275 x 3 315 x 2 x 2 Loose fury on: 365 x 2 385 x 1 405 x 1 Close grips(shirt off): 245 x 10 x 2 no time for rack press today... Tri press down with V bar: 10 x 3 20 dips... ...had to cut it to half today due to me not paying attention to the time |

Bench: with a 32mm bar 135 x 10 225 x 10 275 x 8 315 x 2 x 4 Pin press: 225 x 1 315 x 1 405 x 1 Deadlift: 135 x 10 225 x 2 315 x 2 405 x 2 495 x....... Somehow i went to the water fountain and to the bathroom and in the process forgot that 495 was loaded! so dumb me added 2 more 45's (too psyched up on dark rage) so 585... got it up above the knees and hitched and hitched and hitched and back down...Now I am thinking..I did reps with 500 not too long ago! WTF???? There I was feeling like a moron after realizing there was 6 45's on each side and not 5! At least now I know my hip is fully recovered! LOL... 495 x 2 SLDL: 315 x 8 x 3 curls: 10 x 3 |

Did a few things today at the gym Standing DB press: 50 x 10 60 x 10 70 x 10 Standing Barbell Press 135 x 10 155 x 10 175 x 10 DB rows 60 x 10 100 x 10 110 x 10 115 x 10 dips/chin ups non stop 10 x 10 (5 sets of each x 10 reps) Walked around a little bit with 2 40kg KB's |

And today was the first post on this thread...not too bad i think. before starting this i took a lot of time off from the gym, the beginning of 2011 was the last time i had more than 3 months of regular lifting...that stops this year! since I wont have to worry about no more Army stuff!
