Today was dynamic effort squat day and here it is. Back squat 135x5/8/5 155x5 185x5 225x5 275x5 Speed squats@50% 200x3x10 Front squat 135x4 185x3 225x2 275x1 325x0 going for a 10 pr and dumped it. Great snatch grip deads Chris! Do you need to use straps on them? I ask because I cannot do them without my Versagripps.
