Default I pick things up and put them down

Greetings all. Name is Chris, 6'3" 81" arm span, 230ish lbs. Current maxes: dead 450, squat 400, bench press 250, press 155. Currently cutting/recomping, doing Leangains IF 3389 35C30P35F on lift days, 2711 30C35P35F, on rest days. I train using the cube method, well my bastardised version of it anyway since i don't have the ebook.

Today was dynamic effort squat day and here it is.

Back squat
135x5/8/5 155x5 185x5 225x5 275x5
Speed squats@50%
200x3x10

Front squat
135x4 185x3 225x2 275x1 325x0 going for a 10 pr and dumped it.

Snatch grip deadlift
135x5 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x1

Wide stance good mornings
135x5x4

Max effort deads on monday.

Great snatch grip deads Chris! Do you need to use straps on them? I ask because I cannot do them without my Versagripps.
