I pick things up and put them down
Greetings all. Name is Chris, 6'3" 81" arm span, 230ish lbs. Current maxes: dead 450, squat 400, bench press 250, press 155. Currently cutting/recomping, doing Leangains IF 3389 35C30P35F on lift days, 2711 30C35P35F, on rest days. I train using the cube method, well my bastardised version of it anyway since i don't have the ebook.
Today was dynamic effort squat day and here it is. Back squat 135x5/8/5 155x5 185x5 225x5 275x5 Speed squats@50% 200x3x10 Front squat 135x4 185x3 225x2 275x1 325x0 going for a 10 pr and dumped it. Snatch grip deadlift 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x1 Wide stance good mornings 135x5x4 Max effort deads on monday. |

Great snatch grip deads Chris! Do you need to use straps on them? I ask because I cannot do them without my Versagripps. |
