Took a narrower grip than usual. Touched shirt not chest. Very happy with the set.

8x8 incline dumbbell press with declination

22° 35x7
15° 35x7
Picked a good weight to try this.

Lying lateral raise
30x8/8/8/6
Used Steve's method pulling elbows back.

Neutral grip pullups intra sets
Total of 22. Back was destroyed after yesterday, didn't try to do many.

Gotta like incline benches which are marked with degree's of inclination.

I also think that is a good way to mix in BW work - especially pull ups. I need to start doing that.
