Good question. I havent deloaded and dont feel a need to, yet. But i did hurt myself a month ago and took it easy for a week. So no official deload is my story.

Repetition squat day.
Warmup with 135 Box squat 155x8 185x5 225x5 275x5 315x5/5/3/3/3 20 rep squat 225x14 (box) 225x6(ATG) Wide stance good morning 135x5/5/5/5 Body weight Bulgarian split squat 5reps per leg x2 Left side is so weak i can barely even balance. I found doing the split squats in a power rack, using it to help balance myself before the first rep, to be a great help. Once I was balanced, I could crank out the reps with better form and get more volume.
