Day 1 Week 1 Coming of a week long break, no lifting, no supps. Squats 5x145 5x180 3x215 5x235 5x270 5+ 5x305 Front Squat 135x8/8/8/8 Wide Stance Good morning 155x5/5/5/5 Called it a day.
