Low back was positioned well, minimal/normal amount of leg drive and it looked like you pulled to the belly and got decent scapular retraction. Good bar speed too.

I pause a bit more and pull each rep from the floor, but that's preference.

Thats real good advice because i am using momentum in a way. Kinda like touch and go deads. Appreciate it!

Yeah, drop a few pounds and slow down to see if you like it and have better MMC...however, there's nothing wrong with explosive moves if you do them cleanly.

Also saw you had some spine issues...really solid numbers with that history. I had an L5-S1 microdiskectomy in 2000...takes a bit of courage to do Pendlays with spine injuries! Good for you!

Looks good. You are keeping that lower back tight which is the first thing I look at.

I agree with JD and Steve. I also think they should be done with a pause/dead stop from the floor. I also prefer to keep the movement more strict with less body english than you did. Explosiveness was great.

3 weeks ago i pulled a muscle on a 365 attempt. Took a solid week to recoup from it. So id say im not 100% yet. I told myself i wouldn't even try for a PR but i couldnt help it. Thanks Hunter.
