So this week i am starting a 1 week routine where i lift heavy weights.
Deadlift 135x10 185x5 225x5 275x4 315x3 365x3 405x1 455x0/0 really expected to hit that today. Fuck you cutting, i hate you. 405x1 315x2 315x5 Pendlay row 225x4/5/5/5/4 Powershrug 475x6/3 405x5 Powerclean 135x3 155x2 175x2 195x1 225x0 Goal of moving heavy weight: check Goal of not missing lifts: fail x3 However, i have attained aesthetics mode for vacation to Florida. Cutting over soon, then recomp mode upon return. |
