Next week. I am going to detour from the cube and resume when i get back from vacation. Going to go hard and heavy next week, followed by a week of no lifting and no supplements.

Military press 4sets8 45x8 65x8 100x8/8/7/6 Curl 3sets12 Ezbar+40x12/12/12 Calf raises 5sets15 360x15/15/15/15/15 Back extension 90x12/12/12 Pinwheel curl 20x8 15x8/8 Lateral raise 12x15/15/12 BTNP as a burn set 45x20/10 Back is swole, calves and arms are noodles.
