Really impressive backwork the other day - that is my kind of routine when I get low back healthy.

I've never collapsed after a set before in a sweaty heap until today. I wanted to quit at 36 but kept on truckin. Just went slow and steady and before I knew it I was at 47. I think the worst part was the barbell on my back, especially after my earlier squats, it was painful and didn't want to stay put.
