I can't floor press worth a shit either unless I have a spotter.
Really impressive backwork the other day - that is my kind of routine when I get low back healthy.

Repetition Squat day
Squat 5 sets 3 Warmup with 135 185x5 225x4 275x3 295x1 300x3/3/3/3/3 Wide Stance Good Morning 3 sets 8 175x8/8/8 Lunges 3 sets 15 25'sx15/15/15 Olympic Squat 135x50 holy shit right? 135x50 I've never collapsed after a set before in a sweaty heap until today. I wanted to quit at 36 but kept on truckin. Just went slow and steady and before I knew it I was at 47. I think the worst part was the barbell on my back, especially after my earlier squats, it was painful and didn't want to stay put. |
