Start Plastic bags filled with weight 411x1 easy 419x1/1/1/1/0
All double overhand until last 4 reps.

SUMO SLDL 2x6
295x6/4 these were insane, never done them before and I also never yelled to complete reps like that before. Try them!

Either prescribed percentage was off, im weaker than i thought from a sore throat, or my floor press sucks.

Been cutting for a week now, going to Florida in 2 weeks. Cutting sucks.
