Back Squat warmup 65x8 95x8 135x8 185x5 225x4 275x3 Cube working sets 320x2 340x2 360x1 370x1 320x4 Almost didn't make last set. 320 Lowered catches for next sets 360 370 Good Mornings 3x8 135x8x3 Leg Press 3x20 No Leg Press SO I Front Squat 3x20 Front Squat 135x20/20/14 This is the kind of sets that make you want to quit lifting forever. It's also the sets that make me say i'm training harder than you. Lunges 3x12 50x12x3 Romanian Deadlift 60 135x30 Nothing left to give. Trudged upstairs to eat a ton. Cube heavy deads day
Deadlift off 4" blocks, or in my case jack stands. 135x10 185x9 225x5 275x4 315x3 365x2 395x1 (EASY) Also the end of my plates. Start Plastic bags filled with weight 411x1 easy 419x1/1/1/1/0 All double overhand until last 4 reps. SUMO SLDL 2x6 295x6/4 these were insane, never done them before and I also never yelled to complete reps like that before. Try them! Pendlay Row 3x10 190x10/10/6 BB Shrugs 2x20 225x20/15 (grip)/9 Up and Down Planks 60 14/4 |

Speed chest day, except i was slow, and sick.
Floor press 5x5 45x10 135x8 155x5 175x5/5/5/4/3 Either prescribed percentage was off, im weaker than i thought from a sore throat, or my floor press sucks. Incline db press 3x15 40x14 35x12 25x15 Band prrssdown 100 100 maybe 110 lost count DB military press 3x10 40x8 30x10/10 Pec dec 3x15 15x15/13 13x15 Been cutting for a week now, going to Florida in 2 weeks. Cutting sucks. |
