So i left my log and had to wing it, basically screwed up my order and reps sets...oh well

Heavy floor press day

Ball rolled chest. Lots of clean and press a barbell for warmup.

Those are some heavy ass floor presses. Do you have anyone to liftoff for you? I found I could get way more reps and weight with a liftoff on floor press. In addition, I fatigued fast on them, so having the spot helped as well.

I have to hip thrust the weight up and catch it in floor press position.
