So i left my log and had to wing it, basically screwed up my order and reps sets...oh well
Heavy floor press day Ball rolled chest. Lots of clean and press a barbell for warmup. Floor press ME 135x8 155x6 185x3 205x1 215x1 220x0 literally inches from lockout... Next time. Benchpress 2x15 Smith machine no bar weight counted 90x10 120x8 150 x12 130x11 Band press down 100 100 over 3 sets Military strict 3x15 85x12 75x11 cant remember if i did a third set Lat pulldown 3x15 90x10 135x15x3 Db shrugs 3x15 squeeze! 40'sx15x3 Last edited by fenrisulfr; 02-05-2013 at 06:47 PM. |

Those are some heavy ass floor presses. Do you have anyone to liftoff for you? I found I could get way more reps and weight with a liftoff on floor press. In addition, I fatigued fast on them, so having the spot helped as well.
