Today was squat day as prescribed...blah blah blah
Note: rough day coupled with no food = every thing north of 315 felt heavy...lol Squat Bar x warm up 135x warm up 225x5 275x3 315x3 355x3x2sets (worksets, should have been 3x3, but whatever) 420x1...heavy, but that's because of no food Close stance rep work 275x10 295x10 Pause squats (3 sec count) 315x5...Smh these suck horribly Done, hungry and gulped down gatorade w/honey bun ![]() :what:

I misread "pause squats" as "pause smiths" and went,hell? Oh wait! Its all good!
