Well, that only means one thing - you will be feeling it and in a groove for the upcoming deads. I'll bet the farm that you rarely, if ever, have 2 not feeling it days in a row.

Great PR SB, was still a pretty deep squat. You may have felt crappy but there was still some damn fine work going on!

Gracias amigos, still have a ton of work to do but will be ready come May!
So today I got redemption on deads, and in the new gym we are putting together for the club. Also my Lil man decided that he wants to give powerlifting a shot, so he tagged along. Deads Bar x warm up 95x warm up 135x10 225x5 315x3 405x3 495x3x3 (work sets) redemption!!! Sled drags 110x5 30yds Lil man deads Bar x warm up/form checking 95x10 Form checking 135x5x2 decent form, but will continue to work on. Overall I'm very proud of him! He did sled drags the same as us! A pic says a thousand words...the best PR is And he got his name on the board...lol
