Hey Gabe you would get more out of the movement if you balanced on that exercise ball while squatting

Nice vids Gabe!. The 275 looked fantastic. On the 320 I thought I noticed a tiny bit of tilt and the depth wasn't as good as the 275, but really that is to be expected on a big PR.

@squatter...thank ya! Indeed a bit of a tilt and that was because i actually got off balanced, not sure what happened...possibly the shoes as I don't usually squat in chucks. @Btb, BOOM!!! thank you my bearded friend!

Thanks OMP, I'm using a cross grip. I have no flexibility in my wrists due to having surgery to remove a cist.

Wasn't feeling the gym, today...real crappy day
Speed deads with bands 135x warm up + bands (150#) 135x5 225x5 315x1x8 singles SLDL 225x5 sumo 225x5 coven 225x5 sumo 225x5 coven Done.... Note..wasn't feeling it at all. Will possibly do deads tomorrow or Sunday.
