@squatter, yes sir, i tend to do them closer to a meet if I'm prepping. If not i just rotate them out periodically. My best so far is 401x5 sets of singles @Rich, same to you brother, I'm dreading deads this week as my conditioning will be tested..lol

Thank you Ravi, I'm happy about the progress that I'm making!
**NEWS FLASH** Training cycles will be revamped, as advised by coach. This format looks better than my original format, the concern was my recovery from bench. Being that my recovery from bench is HORRIBLE!!! Will keep you guys updated!

Squat training
Front squats (just belt and one knee sleeve) Bar x alot 135x5-7 can't remember... 185x3 205x2 225x2 275x2...PR! (rep) 320x1...Huge lifetime PR! Back squats 320x3 paused 376x1x5 sets...work set Leg curls 80x50 reps Leg press 240x15 300x25 Fin... Note: I've began to implement front squats to help with my squat. I haven't done them in about a year or so because i ended up bruising my ribs on a failed attempt with 315.(don't ask me how...lol) Fast forward, and I nail a PR! My 275x2 were deep, but my 320 was NEAR parallel or so, felt deep so. Have video, but doing this from my phone so will post tomorrow!
