Deadlift Sunday w/Texas bar
135x7 135x7 225x5 315x3 405x2 Added belt... 495x1 545x1 570x2...should have been a triple, felt out of groove with form...strength was there though Stiff legs 225x8 225x8 225x8 Face pulls with band 50 reps (pull and hold)...burns like heck! Good day

Jim, i actually lost my breathe on the second rep thus losing my tightness. In the video you can't really tell but i felt it. I'll upload video later..still full from food rampage...lmbo
